How do I create an account?

Do you ship worldwide?
We offer global delivery with some exceptions. Currently, we cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm whether we can deliver to your location. Our warehouse is located in the United States at 1643 Dawson Drive, Jacksonville, US 72099.
How long does order processing take?
We commit to processing all orders within 1-2 business days before dispatch. Delivery times begin after this processing period. Please note that delivery estimates don’t include potential customs delays, which may vary by country.
Will I need to pay customs fees or import duties?
Depending on your country’s import regulations, additional duties or taxes may apply upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Horseware Ireland purchase. You may initiate returns within 15 days of receiving your order for any reason. Please:

Who pays for return shipping?
